Security questions in StuInfo
All students who receive financial aid and wish to discuss their private information over the phone with our staff must answer the security questions in StuInfo.
To locate these questions from the StuInfo menu:
- Hover over the Financial menu in the top-right corner.
- Click Security questions for Financial Aid under the Financial Aid communication section.
In addition, if the student wishes to authorize a parent or other guest to access his or her records by phone, the student must enter the name(s) of these authorized persons and supply the answers to the security questions to that person as well.
If the student or guest is unable to answer the security question when asked, we will not be able to give any specific information about the student's financial aid.
